Write to anderson.90@gmail.com. Include your DEX 0 App version, iPadOS or macOS version, and the steps that led to the problem. Please leave out pairing keys, passwords, and private project content.
Connect your Mac
Install DEX Zero Hub for Mac and keep both devices on the same local network. Copy the secure key from Hub and paste it into DEX 0 App on iPad. Both apps must support secure pairing; old six-digit codes no longer work. Allow local network access when prompted.
To disconnect every paired iPad, use “Revoke pairings and generate a new key” in Hub. Paste the new key on devices you want to reconnect.
Use DEX 0 App locally
You can draw, organize boards, and replay your work without a Mac or an AI account. Agent features require your own configured agent on Mac. App mode also requires Xcode, a simulator, and a compatible project.
